Betika Terms and Conditions — The Complete Member Guide

1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Betika platform and its members ("you" or "user"). By accessing betika-baji.com, the mobile app, or any associated services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Betika operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for members in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a gaming experience in a safe, transparent, and responsible environment. These Terms and Conditions define the rights and responsibilities of both members and the platform in pursuit of that goal.

These Terms may be updated at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with Betika, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and online gaming must be legally permitted in your area.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• You must have a valid, active mobile number and email address.
• Opening a new account is not permitted if you are currently enrolled in an addiction treatment program or have previously self-excluded.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If a member is found to have created multiple accounts, Betika reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal or depositing above a specified limit. The following will be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie or photo
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at Betika can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered under the same name as the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. However, during verification or in cases of suspicious activity, processing may take up to 72 hours.

4. Bonus, Promotion & Rewards Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All Betika bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins — come with specific wagering requirements. These must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of claiming a bonus.
• Any bonus not used within the validity period will be automatically cancelled.
• Wagering requirements also apply to any winnings generated through bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bonuses are available to genuine Bangladeshi members only — claiming bonuses via VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is generally 25x the bonus amount. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus would require BDT 25,000 in wagers before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Betika use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predetermined or manipulated in any way.

5.1 General Game Rules

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue and a bet has already been deducted, that amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betika. Any involvement will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using stolen identity or payment information
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

7. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances will not be returned if all wagering conditions have not been met.

7.2 Closure by Betika

Betika may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• When required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives

8. Privacy & Data Protection
